Synopsis
The threat level for Flight Risk is fully unlocked at 30,000ft. And once their plane touches down, it remains at a maximum. Daryl Booth is a self-loathing pilot who has built a livelihood under the radar. A seemingly simple task is loaded onto his to-do list: shuttle a U.S Marshal along with her prisoner’s cross country, smack in the middle of the icy Alaska. The aircraft gets sabotaged mid air, which causes the soberly outfitted group to crash land on a ruthlessly frozen wilderness while under enemy fires. Limited supplies and lightspeed comms will require the group to bare the cold, allowing their bodies to get to the core temperature of freezing while totally blacking out.
During a hostage crisis, not everyone remains innocent. While the fugitive easily stands out considering her intel can shatter an empire, the pilot is a charade, holding connections to the violent underbelly of society. With beat down trust and the wilderness laying claim bordered, the fine line of democracy and dictatorship draw the view of the situation. So, while the Andromeda galaxy manages to blot out the sun, the stakes are guaranteed to reach their breaking point. Sadly, this time…unlike the last, somebody on earth is trying to track them down and make sure nobody escapes in one piece.
